Ennis College of Further Education and Training Ennis Campus offers a range of PLC and continuing education courses as follows:

• Accounting Technician Course, certified by Accounting Technicians Ireland.
• QQI-Quality and Qualifications Ireland, certify all other courses.

Our courses are designed to cater for the needs of both recent Leaving Certificate students and mature students who may wish to acquire additional skills and training in certain vocational areas.

Our courses not only offer certification for people seeking employment but also a progression pathway to many third level courses through the Higher Education Links Scheme. Those interested in the latter may choose from a limited number of places in the Universities and Institutes of Technology, reserved for students who obtain a QQI Level 5 and 6 Awards.

assessment

Continuous assessment takes place on all PLC courses. Work produced throughout the year such as projects and assignments will be graded and will contribute towards final assessment.

work experience

Work experience forms an integral part of all QQI Level 5  and 6 Award Courses. Students will seek work experience in an environment that relates specifically to the course options chosen by them.

guidance counsellor

Students can avail of professional guidance and advice from the Guidance Counsellor. Individual appointments may be made and students are guaranteed confidentiality.
